Our proprietary work order platform is custom built enabling iCheck to provide customized and elaborate reporting capabilities including: spend, SLA, work order volumes, type of work order requests.  iCheck will work with you to facilitate reporting needs. Our customized capabilities allow you to analyze work order activity by facility / site address, facility / site ID code and/or region code. Work order code such as:  plumbing or electrical, work done by a GMT v. licensed trade

How We Do It


Initializing a service program with iCheck is easy.  Once understanding what your specific service requirements are we will customize a program and present you with a complete package including: standardized national labour rates, sample invoicing, sample reporting, process and service level commitments.  Once an agreement has been reached, the next step is simply to provide us with a list of the facilities that will be engaging iCheck’s services.  Your facilities will be loaded into our state of the art dispatching/tracking system and will be ready to accept work orders. If you have specific coding requirements (facility/site/location codes, district #’s, regions, etc…), no problem, we can customize our reports to meet your requirements.
